Rasmus Ramskov – Certified massage therapist, entrepreneur, nature enthusiast and founder of God Krop & In2Nature
Hi, I’m Rasmus Ramskov – the founder of God Krop Massage in Copenhagen and In2Nature on the island of Møn. Since 2009, I’ve been helping people reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and find calm in the middle of busy lives. My approach to massage and bodywork is both practical and intuitive – shaped by a lifetime of physical activity, old injuries, and personal experience with stress, hard work, and healing.
When you step into our clinic, you’re not just a body with sore muscles. You’re a whole person, and we aim to meet you with the care and presence that reflects that.
Clinical and Holistic Experience
My background includes professional training from:
- Sportseducation.dk
- Axelsons Institute
- Innowell
- DDZ
- CHAI
- Member of Dansk Behandlerforbund (The Danish Practitioner Association)
- RAB-certified massage therapist under Danish health standards
Over the years, I’ve specialized in sports massage, wellness treatments, pregnancy massage and, increasingly, deeper forms of bodywork aimed at supporting mental and emotional well-being as well as physical recovery. I’m especially drawn to what happens when the nervous system relaxes – when the body releases tension not just from muscles, but from deeper layers of experience.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply exhausted from life in the fast lane, my treatments aim to meet you where you are. I work with athletes, office workers, pregnant women, and anyone seeking a more grounded and personalized approach to massage therapy.
A Personal Approach
People often ask me what kind of massage I give. The short answer is: one that makes sense for you. Some clients come for sports massage with a clear physical goal. Others need something gentler – a calm place to breathe and be met.
In recent years, I’ve shifted more of my focus to BODYwork and BODYmind massage – more intense and therapeutic treatments that allow us to work not just with muscles and joints, but with emotions, tension patterns, and mental overload.
I’m not the kind of therapist who rushes through a routine. If I sense there’s something deeper going on – physically or emotionally – I may ask questions to better understand how to help. That’s not a “treatment plan” – it’s respect. You can always say no, but I believe good care begins with being seen and taken seriously.
Other Projects
In addition to my clinic in Copenhagen, I also run In2Nature – a retreat space on Møn where guests can enjoy massage, hot tub sessions, sauna, nature immersion and digital detox. It’s a slower pace and a different setting – one where we can combine physical treatment with deep rest and time in nature.
For those seeking more therapeutic or body-based emotional work, I also offer tantric massage and conversational therapy through Elsk Dig Glad (currently available primarily on Møn, and occasionally in Copenhagen by appointment).
Life Beyond Work
I live on the island of Møn and spend as much time as I can outdoors – especially in the forest and along the beaches near my home. Nature is where I recharge, reflect and get inspired.
And then there’s Albatros, my beloved sailboat. Whenever time allows, I take her out on the water. Sailing brings a sense of freedom and mental stillness that complements my work on land.
